    I'm added to Application menu, two new link, but they don't displaying.. why? in preview window all ok...
    i'm using 1.9 RC3

    Because the menu builder menu is not the visible one.

    The visible one is hardcoded tempaltes /templates/modules/mod-application_menu.tpl and is sometimes override by template specific ones in templates/styles/* .......

    No.. i dont have a template override.. i'm using only my CSS file.

    I'm tryed to clear cache in Admin System menu. And i'm tryed delete 'template_c' directory manualy...
