    I am getting this error when i click o nthe logo for live support:

    Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "tiki-live_support_message.tpl" in Smarty.class.php on line 1150

    Turns out when i looked for the tiki-live_support_message.tpl it does not exist in the templates folder. Any suggestions
