I would like to change a few things in the way the print pages are presented.

For instance I would like to remove the mention of the last who edited the wiki page, because it is irrelevant for something that will be distributed on paper, far away from the website.

I would also like to remove the mention of the website address, because most browsers will mention it anyway.

Where is the template where I can fix that?
