    In 1.8 I never could get old articles to work. I had hoped that with the update to 1.9 that would have solved this problem but it did not. Perhaps I am not setting settings correctly. If any one can advise please help me.

    OK for future reference if you have selected not to show expire dates old articles will not work!!!!!!!!!!

    In Modules there is module module called Old Articles.
    I'm assuming that this module will display articles after they have expired.
    I activated this module and placed it on my site. But it will not display any articles.
