Tracker items status

Somehow or rather when I tried to closed a tracker item via the pull down menu, it does no effect. The item still remains as an open status. I'm using 1.9.1. Is this a bug or did I miss setting some feature? Thanks for the advise.

I can't reproduce the problem yet....
Is it the same with an admin or a simple user?
What are your setting about the status for your tracker?

This is what I have done:

  1. set as Status "pending" in first instance to see whether status changes in the Tracker listing page. It's working and status display as "pending" with a yellow button.
  2. Next, change status to closed and see whether status changes in the listing and tracker. It does not change as status remains as "pending".
  3. Next, change to open status. it still does not change...strange. Seems to keep only the first instance status.

It does not matter whether I am logged in as admin or as other users.

See above. Tried all settings but it seems it can only keep the first setting on the status.
