Newbie: Admin menu change

Excuse a newbie question, but here goes:

I set up TikiWiki and in my original configuration, the admin menu in the left-hand column had a large number of items to choose.

Now, in fiddling around with the menus, I've somehow limited the Admin menu to a folder icon, and when I click on that, I don't get a list of options, I merely get a panel of icons for a much more limited range of choices. For example, I can no longer access the "menus" or "modules" items that used to be in text under the Admin header in the left-column menu list.

I want to change it back to the way it was when I first got TikiWiki up and running, but I can't figure out how to do that.

Any help would be appreciated.

As I know the answer
the menu 42 is described in sql in db/tiki.sql. You need to delete all the lines with menuId=42 in tiki_menu_options and reinsert the one in tiki.sql
