    I would like to know if anyone has gotten Active directory and Tiki to talk? Tiki is being run on a RH9 box with appache 2 but our domain here is a Widoze domain. I have about 800 users and want to use Tiki for an intranet project but I want the usernames/passwords to be pulled from active directory. I thought of using PAM but I believe that only makes people in active directory MySQL users. Does anyone have any ideas?

    I can't offer much help as I have no experience with Active Directory. But I assume to make it happen - if possible at all - you need to use LDAP as protocol. What I have heard from other people, Active Directory isn't 100% compatible with the standard LDAP protocol (Microsoft's 'embrace and extend' policy) which could be something to keep in mind. But otherwise: can't offer any real practical help 😑
