    I've uploaded the kubrick and starfall themes according to the directions, simply placed the styles and template folders on the server and they should be visible. When I go to admin, then general, then theme selection they are not viewable as new themes. Am I supposed to register the themes somehow in a tiki tpl or something like that? These are packaged themes and I thought it would be simple but I'm new to Tiki and totally lost.

    no need to activate.

    Make sure newthemes.css are in the same directory as the others... (moreneat.css, tikineat.css, etc)

    I figured it out. It was some sort of Samba connection problem on the linux boxes. Thanks anyways guys.
