page/email variables

can someone help me with wiki variables?
many templates come with variables so that the page is automaticaly customized.
Is there a list of variables somewhere?

I wan't to do a "basic" wiki page for lots of users, but i don't wan't to write the name of each user into the default page i have done. and i want the name to change automaticaly when i change the name of the page

something like this:

this space is reserved for "PAGE-NAME"

so when the page is named /tiki-index.php?page=Mark
the page will display"

this space is reserved for Mark

thanks!

Hi!
You are creating a page for each your user? Thats bad, because you're the owner of their page then!
You should use Feature UserPages in combination with content templates.
Just tell the people to use a specific content template.

yes this works when users are bright enough to edit theyr own page,
but i'm suposed to create some basic page saying something like:
"mark hasn't submited anything"
and then those people are suposed to send me theyr files and I will add them to the tikiwiki page.
I thought it will be better so since thay will be needing images, graphs and so on.
So I will waste less time doing a "default" page for evertone and simply pasting theyr stuff (some minor alterations but not much) then by answering 100 times the same question.
They will only build theyr pages themselves if they REALY want to.
So I have the default page ready, but would like to know it there is a way I can add theese variables so I don't have to do it all by hand.
More a curiosity thing, but would interest me allot since I can use it in other wiki sections, like "hey NAME! Welcome to whatever! This is your NUM visit

thanks
