New small Upgrades...

Is there a release area where I can download just the changes between two different
releases. I'm looking for a upgrade from 1.9.4 --> 1.9.5 ... Just the changes. Would
be nice to just updated it to the latest release... Or do I have to download the
complete 1.9.5 package and manully look for the chnages in the installation script???

Sadly, thre's no "upgrade" — you should upzip everything in the 1.9.5 package and run the installer and select the Upgrade script.

That's to bad... How easy is it to do this. Should I unpack all files from 1.9.5
into my old 1.9.4 directory and then try to run the "tiki-install.php" ???

Are there any webfiles changed as well or is it only in the database???

Many Thanks for the support!

This is my process:

  1. Record any customizations that I made to any of the "core" Tiki files (i.e., anything other than my custom templates).
  2. Unpack all of the files over my existing files.
  3. Run the DB upgrade.
  4. Reapply my customizations (from step 1, above).
  5. Updated my custom templates to take advantage of any new features, if needed.

Ok... I unpacked all files in "tikiwiki-1.9.5.tar.gz" into my root-dir for
tikiwiki... Pointed my webbrowser to "http://example.com/tiki-install.php"
Logged in as admin then executed the script "tiki_1.8to1.9.sql" which is
what I understand should be the one to run... But I get many operations
"FAILED" It is so many that I'm not gonna post them here... Should I run
this script and is this "normal"?!???
