I don't really understand how to link two trackers, and I could use some help.

I've got a contact (names, addresses, etc.) tracker, and another tracker for logging meetings (date, place, with whom, etc.)

How can I link the contact tracker with the meetings log tracker using the last name of the contact?

I'd like the view of the contact to show all the meetings that person has been part of.
