Hmm... all of these items require Javascript. Do you have JS enabled on your browser? Are you seeing any JS errors in the console or browser status bar?

I get javascript errors, most have to deal with css. but for the calendar, at least:
setfolderstate is not defined
calendar is not defined

And for the wiki help button:
flip is not defined

What theme does this happen in? Or in all themes?
