    I see in the 1.9.7 release there is a new Events plugin. I cannot find any explanation of what this actually does anywhere, but it seems to have something to do with RSS.

    Could it possibly allow the automatic creation of calendar events from RSS feeds? (Would that be cool or what!?)

    Anyone know what Events is and how to install it (it is not on the mods page)?

    I think the author started with the RSS wikiplugin and modified it, leaving some of the comments from the old plugin. The plugin has nothing to do with RSS. The syntax is

    Copy to clipboard
    {EVENTS(calenderid => 1, maxdays => 365, max=-1, datetime=0|1, desc=0|1)}{EVENTS}


    It displays event information from a calendar.

    I think I get it. I can include that code on any page in the Wiki and it'll pick up the info specified in the arguments and display it on that page.
