    Hi,

    I am new to Tikiwki, and have configured a Tikiwiki server. Now, I have lost my Admin password to administer the site.
    How can I reset or generate a new password?

    Please help me.

    Rick, of course, has the right solution, but I had the same thing happen when I first installed and I found the password by poking around in the MySQL database.

    OK, i'm feeling like a moron here. I can't seem to login to mysql now, and am wondering if I re-run the tiki.install.php to reset the admin pwd - will I screw anything up with the current TW deployment?

    As long as your database stays intact. Changing MySql Users won't affect your Tiki.
