    I used admin -> Look & Feel -> General Layout to change the site logo source image, (image that displays in the top left corner). I read on the net that the link by default is ./ Is there anyway to change this to something like, (http://www.my_domain.com), when I click on the image.

    What file do I have to edit?

    You can edit the file templates/tiki-site_header.tpl (or templates/(theme name)/tiki-site_header.tpl if the theme has its own version of the file). Find a href="./" (this may be in the file more than one time) and change it (each instance) to the url you want to use.
