Plugin Help Needed

I just installed tikiwiki and I'm trying to access the plugin/textarea section from the admin panel to enable the wantedlist plugin, but it comes up as a blank page? Not sure what to do.

ETA - My server says that the maximum amount of memory a script may consume is 32MB

Have you checked your web server error log? It could be a file permissions issue?
