    I have two questions:

The first regards this site's layout. How can I create a menu at the upper right corner like it is here?

Secondly, Down at the bottom of the screen is a large black area with links. I seem to have lost these links on my site. Is there an option I set somewhere that wiped them out? How can I customize these links once I get them back?

    Thanks!

See the docs on how to create menus, hereQuestion.

To add a footer, use the Custom Footer area on the Admin: Look & Feel page.
