    Hello i like to have the Site header and footer fixed so that only the middle section is scrolling. Is that possible?

    That should be possible, as Tiki's layout has #header, #middle, and #footer divs. You should check general CSS references or tutorials about how to do it, though; there isn't anything specifically 'Tiki' about it, I think.
