    • Custom registration URL

    Posted by daneast

I'm using phpBB3 user authentication, thus I have disabled the user registration capability of Tiki. So my question is what is the best method to have Tiki display the Register link once again (at all the various locations it normally displays it), but with the URL I specify (which would direct to the phpBB3 registration page)? I do not wish to modify Tiki directly if at all possible, especially as I will be upgrading soon (currently running 5.2).

    Thanks!

Thanks. I went with the last suggestion, adding it as a menu option. However, I only want the option to be seen by Anonymous (non-Registered) users. Since groups seem to inherit from one another, with Anonymous being the base, everyone still sees the menu option when I set it only for the Anonymous group. Is there a way to achieve what I'm shooting for?
