Hi, is there a way for an Admin to email all Registered Users in one (bulk) email out - using tiki ? Or can this feature be added ? (vs 10.0) Thanks

You could use the Tiki newsletter feature to accomplish this. It has a way to automatically subscribe all members of a given group.
