Warning: Neglected Feature

I can't find any description or posts for what "Warning: Neglected Feature" means. Is this to warn that you should use this feature so that it's not so neglected, or is it a warning that it's neglected and so not very supported and could be buggy?

A neglected feature is one that is not being actively developed or does not have a developer who is actively championing it.

It doesn't necessarily mean that the feature is buggy, but don't expect continual improvements or a lot of support.
