Cannot get link working

Hi - Newbie question 😐

I feel like I am adding a link correctly,

But when I save, it looks like this:

class="wiki wikinew">

The url is hyperlinked: the "class="wiki wikinew">" is in text form.

The way I added the link is to drag the page in to the editor from the side bar, copy the url, then highlight "Read more" and click the "wiki link" button and past the url into the url field.

I am using a standard install of the fivealive theme set up for a company install.

Can any one tell me my newbie error?

Thanks, Malc

If you're linking to a wiki page, you should only use the page name — not the URL:

Wow that was quick! About ten minutes 😊

Thanks Rick. That makes sense - though it would have taken a long time to work it out.

Your guide looks great too. I'm sure the Tiki guide is comprehensive but I can do with something a bit more user-friendly.

Will deffo be checking it out.

Many thanks
