You didn't specify which Tiki version you're using, but in the 12LTS version, you can modify the the CSS class dirsitelink to control the link font size. See my sample on the demo site. You might find my primer on finding out "Which CSS Style to Edit" useful, too.
Regarding using nofollow, you can set this on the Admin: Security page. Please see the docs for details.
