where is the database user and password file kept?

Hi I am trying to figure out where the where is the database user and password file kept?

Like the equal to wordpress's wp-config.php file... In tiki there is so many files and it hard to find out what is what.

Anyone that could help me and explain this please?

I think this is the file you are looking for: Create your db local.php file

the file is here: tikiroot > db > local.php
