    Is it possible to replace "tiki" in all php files to a user-defined value.
    For example, "tiki-index.php" to "user-index.php".

    Yes you can, However there are some pointers:

    Doing a search and replace will also take into account the CSS styles that have TIKI in them, so breaking your compatibilty with tiki styles.

    Also I have no idea about stability
