switching between databases

I've been developing a tikiwiki site on mysql for a while. Now I'd like to switch over to our dedicated Oracle server (not under my control, Oracle is the only option).
A previous move between servers was done using mysqldump. But this time that's not going to work because of differences in syntax between Oracle and MySql (or so I think).
What would be the best way of moving my site to the Oracle server?
