How to reference $f_itemId in a wiki page being used as a trackerlist template

posts: 92

I tried this:

 Plugin disabled
Plugin comment cannot be executed.
objectType="trackeritem"}

But as soon as it sees the "}" at the end of {$f_itemId} it closes out the comment plugin and ignores the rest. This ends up associating the comment with the wiki page instead of the trackeritem.

I tried leaving out the quotes, leaving out the brackets, and a few other variations. Nothing worked. I hard-coded in a tracker item ID and it worked fine. I viewed all comments in admin area and I saw that it was indeed associated with the tracker item. Now all I have to do is make it dynamic - for the item used in the trackerlist, which is controlled by the itemId argument in the URL.

Is there a way to do this? Do I have to use a .tpl file? I am not well versed in that area.

Examples would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
