Hi bzahn!

The upgrade from 1.7 to 1.8 is documented on UpgradeTo18 page. There are no database changes between the 1.8.x tikis'

Not sure on which Installation Script your referring too, so cant answer that one. maybe we need to have a setup.bat file in CVS to create the missing directories like setup.sh does 😊
