local vs UTC date/time Posted by muzza 10 May 2004 22:36 GMT-0000 posts: 8 HI all, and to you Damian, Can you tell me how I can display my local time instead of the UTC time, which is 10 hours behind, It also effects the calendar. Is there a qik setting? I have checked the time on the server and it is correct. Cheers The Muzza

I was wondering where the settings were for the time zone as currently I have all users set to local time but the anonymous constantly see the UTC. Is there a page within Tiki that I can set the whole site to display local time as it is a pain in BST where the clock is an hour behind.

I am also getting continuous problems with the calendar dates. My server is set correctly and the date is one day forward all the time, even with my time set to local, is this a bug I just can't figure it out, its driving me batty!! to explain better visit my site and have a look!! www.netspress.com:1000 Thanks for the support Muzza
Posted by Philippe Cloutier 14 May 2004 03:21 GMT-0000 posts: 1001 This "latency" bug is very old and someone supposedly fixed it for 1.8.1 if I remember well, but maybe it broke it for others. There are multiple bug reports about that. To fix the dates in Tiki someone would have to take a few days and look at that🙁
