    Hi all,

    I want to remove or disable scheme/CSS selection and Avatars complete from the user preferences. I found no admin settings for this - anyone knows how to achieve it?

    You can prevent users from changing themes through the Admin -> Logon page.
    Avatars are a bit tricker. I don't think you can prevent a user from selected an avatar but you can stop them being displayed in articles, blogs and forums by selecting the appropriate option in the respective create/edit pages.

    Just delete or comment out the lines of smarty code that display them in the TPL file. and your users cant have access to them 😀

    thanks to pointing me the direction, it worked fine.

    Another Question: is it possible to display Local Time by default instead of UTC?
