There were suggestions during the first days of the TikiFest to implement two (probably) "low-hanging-fruit" solutions to improve spam fight:

1. Add multipe ip banning at spam deletion time, also for
   • users list (after spam user registration)

   • forum posts

2. Add some simple "Question and Answer" feature to allow a Tiki admin to replace the captcha with context related easy (and localized) questions, so that a spammers with bots spamming many sites at once can not target those tikis, while users know to answer things like : "what's the color of that part of the association logo?", etc.

The first part (multiple ip banning will be worked after the phpstorm tutorial on Tuesday afternoon), by Xavi and whoever wants to join.
