Switching this on in
Administration > Features > Content Features
allows 'Smileys' (small icons that denote emotion) to be inserted in Articles, Wiki pages, posts etc
They can be added to pages or posts by either using the GUI or a (:smileytag:)
where smileytag equates to the tag in question e.g. cry , biggrin , wink ,etc
