History: It's probably in there somewhere

This is a self-deprecating / funny but often true statement about features in Tiki.

• Tiki is the FLOSS Web Application with the most built-in features
• Tiki has been developed for over 2 decades by hundreds of contributors
• And it includes external code from 150+ projects via Composer

So it regularly happens that we imagine a feature we want, and we start trying to figure out how we would do it in Tiki. And after research and experimentation (and sometimes by reading source code), we discover that it is already there! This feels like finding hidden treasure as a kid. Who made this feature? Why? The author is likely long gone but the code remains.

So once this happens often enough, we develop a 6th sense about a use case and figure "someone must have solve it before me"
