Migration from PhpWiki

• I had a problem migrating iso-8859-1 content with german umlauts; they were not converted to utf-8.

Speaking of dogfood, how to transfer, in technical terms — a bunch o' stuff, from Tiki Installation A to Tiki Installation B (that donna got nothing)? I know how I would do it with Movable Type. I would click the Import/Export Button, then export the site to a file, copy the file into the Import directory at the new installation, then import the data. Pretty gosh darn simple.

Before I would could be motivated to work on conversion scripts, tex, I would want to know how this is simply done with Tiki.
