Site5 has restrictions for php files. They must have the correct permissions.
1. Change the permissions of fixperms.sh to add "execute"
2- Run sh fixperms.sh from the command line
3- Exception: fixperms gives 666 permissions to tiki-install.php Via FTP, you should change to 644
When running ./fixperms.sh, choose "fix" and for the rest, just choose click "Enter" to all the questions, to choose the defaults.
