Slideshows are a very nice feature in Tiki. You can make a wiki page be a slideshow by using more than one title bar in the page. for example.
Go ahead and view this one by clicking the slide tab above!
-=Slide 1=-
Agenda
* Foo
* Bar
-=Foo=-
Something about foo
-=Bar=-
Something about bar
Each slide is dentified by the titlebar and it's content is what you put below the titlebar and before the next slide begins. When a page contains more than one titlebar Tiki will display a "slides" button at the bottom of the page. If you click the button you will see:
insert graphic
You can use the links at the bottom to navigate the slideshows, you can click the "plug" to edit the page. If you want to create a new style for slideshows you can do it easily using CSS and selecting the CSS file to use in the admin panel.
Styles for slideshows are found in styles/slideshows, each CSS file defines the presentation style.
See the slide for the RFE,.
For teachers, write your content with titles and then give your lessons via Tiki's slideshow! It's a breeze!
There is a request for accessing the slideshow css via the new css editor. Good chance it'll be in place by 1.8. 😀
