    What is the syntax for anchors within wiki pages?

    I looked through the links, and couldn't find a way to use anchors. On the second link, I see that they do use the anchors, but I'm not sure how they did it.

    The only anchors available are through the use of !, !! and !!!, however these are dynamically created and cannot be used in a URL to link to a section from another page.

    At the top of the wiki page use {maketoc} to display the anchor index. Its aim is to provide a mini table of contents for that wiki page.
