It's mostly fixed. For some reason it was only letting me post images as the admin user. I figured that out last night. So, I went into the user-group assignments and couldn't figure out what permission would allow admin to post an image and another not (given the fact that user "jonathan" could post blogs normally otherwise). I gave up looking and reset the group "blogger" that I had set up. I gave it extraordinary power and since only I would ever be blogging on the site, I didn't care much. Now I'm able to post images.
I can't tell which group permission under blogs I changed to allow it to fix itself, but there ya go!
