    Hello,

    I'm running XP pro, IIS and Tiki 1.9, when I get to the install page

    "Tiki cannot find a database connection", after I insert the settings and hit submit the page just becomes and blank and nothing gets done on the database.

    I have tried

    1) Username and password. I can connect ok thru mySQL, Grant all..
    2) Check privileges made the ISUR and IWAM administrators,
    3) Disabled firewalls.

    I've made the changes suggested when installing 1.9 on IIS. and I haven't been able to figure it out. Any help is appreciatted.

    1.9 works straight away without any modifications on IIS servers

    Also check the PHP memory_limit is more than 16Mb

    Also check the PHP session path is valid

    With the latest from CVS you dont.

    Berrys Windows 2k PC runnng IIS and MySQL runs fine with 1.9

    Thanks Damian. After spending time with it, I decided not to fiddle around with it no more and to use a Linux machine instead and it worked without any hassles. I'll stick to the linux version for now. Thanks again.
