Hi

128Mb for PHP in insane, unless you have about 2Gb in your machine you'll have trouble with apache using up all memory

Something sensible like 32mb is good

Check your session.save_path entry and make sure apache can write to the location.

Also check your include_path, especially with 1.7 tiki's
