    This requires editing the tiki-top_tiki_bar.tpl template file (in the /templates/styles/tiki directory). At least in the versions I have on hand, you'll need to delete or comment out these statements:

    {if $user}{include file="tiki-top_user_menu.tpl"}{/if}

    and

    {if $feature_featuredLinks eq 'y' and count($featuredLinks)}{include file="tiki-top_links.tpl"}{/if} .
