    It would seem that the MySQL user which tikiwiki is logging into the MySQL server as, doesn't have the correct privileges. Have you granted all privileges to the tiki user? Does it work if you test putting the MySQL root user/password in db/local.php? 😊

    ...Just thinking out loud.
