    I have just followed the steps to upgrade from 1.7 to 1.8 and got to the last step where I go to tiki-install.php but I cant seem to logon with my admin password.

    I have tried all of the passwords I know.

    All the help I find about reseting password relies on a working tiki install. As the database has been upgraded I cant use tiki to recover by this method.

    I blew away the tiki folder and replaced it with a fresh install. This works but I need to recover the old one as my drawings have all disappeared.
