    I just added the test files, the errors doesn't appear any more, but the feature "User registration needs validation through admin" is still not working.

    Any other suggestions, how to fix this circumstance?

    I am using TikiWiki 1.9.2. but can't find how to approved a new registration when the "... but need admin validation" option is ticked in the ADMIN > Login ... can someone please assist.

    the sender_email (the email you give in admin->general) will receive a message with a link to activate the account. Be sure this address is correct.
    Nevertheless, there is a bug
    You receive the email only if you have checked "Validate users by email:". So you can check it.
    Otherwise, I fixed this problem this morning. You can have it by updating to the latest 1.9 cvs or using the fix:
