    I was happy with Tiki only for 3 days...
    When I was choosing a host for my website first thing I checked was if they have forums and how fast they answer questions. Not emails, not tickets, not irc - but FORUMS! And my host's reaction is measured in minutes if not in seconds. Even if they can't solve your problem they answer! Because forums is the place where all interested parties can see your performance.

    Do Open Source software users have rights to expect answers from its creators? Or, even more , is someone responsible here?...
    Don't understand me wrong, I am very much supporter of OSS but... if you go that high into public like Tiki maybe it's time to think about your customers? Or are you going to feed Microsoft with "overall cost for free software is higher..."

    As you can see here, the forums, wiki pages, etc are all very active.

    I am very pleased Tiki has become a highly used application.

    The traditional customer supplier relationship doesn't hold when you download an Open Source Application. If that is what you want, you can hire someone to help.

    Hi Aris,

    In another post, you mentioned: "At least "customers" are working on problems"

    You are not my customer. I am not your customer. We are both members of a community of users & developers of Tiki. And we both want this issue resolved.

    As one community member to another, I am asking you a favor: Can you collect as much information as possible about this bug and report to dev.tikiwiki.org ? It is very important to document in very clear terms, for someone who has never used the feature before, so developers will be able to reproduce it. Since it completely breaks the Tiki, I consider it as a serious bug, please give it priority 8 or 9. Please report and I will try to get it solved for 1.9.1

    The response of the community depends of the problem.
    Phplayers is a very small part of tikiwiki. I don't use it. this site doesn't use it ...

    To help us to help you it will be better to describe your menu / your hosting. Phplayers doesn't crash each time we use it - by looking at site using it-
    So can you give describe its configuration, its use
