Yes odd but it does seem to be gone. Wonder why?

You can go to Admin->Groups

There you will find a link to Admin the users. Or you could use,

/tiki-adminusers.php

> I just upgraded to 1.9 and now I can't find where to admin the user accounts (there is no Admin->Users option). Are they located somewhere else in this version, or did something go wrong in the update that deleted that option from the administrator?
