I'd like to do the same thing. But see:

http://tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=RssFeedDoc&highlight=rss and the section under "Bugs".

Apparently you must have anonymous users for everyone to see the RSS feed. Let me know if you get this figured out.
