You can do this in several ways.
Edit the template mod-logo.tpl, to point to a graphic of your choice.
You can do this by way of the "Edit templates" feature under the admin drop down menu. Look for "modules/mod-logo.tpl"
OR
Download the template and edit, then upload again.
you will find it at - /templates/modules/mod-logo.tpl
If you go this route you can also change the title bar from "Tiki Logo" to your site name.
OR
Change the existing logo image with your own that you have renamed tiki.jpg
The logo is at - /img/tiki.jpg
