Hi, Well I can not really speak on the how to do it issues. You are well on your way I think.

This file is in the TW root. It may be that you do not have it as I think it is only in the newer version of TW. It may not be in the early 1.9x versions.

I have attached the file from a 1.1 version I hope it will work for you.
