    You should upgrade your installation for security reasons (there have been exploited vulnerabilities that are fixed in the latest Tiki versions) and also because of changes in the RSS code. I'm running Tiki 1.9.7 in a subdirectory and the links to articles are correct (i.e., they include the subdirectory name). I'm not sure if the success is due to site configuration differences or the code changes, but I'd do the upgrade and try again.
